Sally Gepp KC

I specialise in resource management and environmental law and policy.  I can assist with district and regional plan or resource consent processes, from Council hearings through to mediation, Environment Court hearings and higher court appeals.  I am also experienced in the use of judicial review to challenge decisions, as well as declaration and enforcement proceedings.  

I am involved in the development of environmental policy.  I can help you to effectively advocate for policy development or change that works for your interests and for the environment.
